Finding work after being incarcerated is one of the hardest things to do. It’s definitely not easy, but where there’s a will, there’s a way. The inmates were asked to let us know what they would say to a future employer and WOW, these guys did so well.

They have worked hard to better themselves and they want to make a difference in their community and in the lives of their families.
